Refund Policy

Because every song is created specifically for you and work begins immediately after your order is confirmed, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation window is as follows:

• Within 2 hours of ordering — Full refund (100%)
• Between 2 and 24 hours after ordering — Partial refund (50%)
• More than 24 hours after ordering — No refund, as significant creative work will have already been completed

To request a cancellation, email us at hello@yourforevermelody.com as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed based on the current status of your order.

Refunds

All songs are personalised using the details you provide and cannot be resold or transferred. Once work has begun or your song has been delivered, refunds are not available.

If we are unable to deliver your song due to a problem on our end, we will either re-deliver or issue a refund at our discretion.

Revisions

We want you to love your song. You are entitled to one round of revisions within 14 days of delivery for minor corrections, including:

• Correcting names or specific personal details
• Minor adjustments to wording or phrasing

Requests for major changes — such as a different musical style, genre, or a complete rewrite — may be subject to an additional fee, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at hello@yourforevermelody.com so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution, and we reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks that do not comply with this policy.
