The Service
YourForeverMelody creates original, personalised songs based on the information you provide. Each song is crafted by our team using your stories, memories, and details. The final product is a custom audio file delivered to you by email.
Placing an Order
When you submit an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. The quality of your song depends on the details you share. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your song within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.
Revisions
If your song doesn’t feel right, we want to fix it. You are entitled to reasonable revision requests within 14 days of delivery. Revisions should be based on the original brief — significant changes to the story or direction may be treated as a new order.
Refunds
Because every song is created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds once production has begun. If you experience a genuine issue with your order, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Intellectual Property
Once delivered and paid for, you own the right to use your song for personal purposes — sharing with family, playing at events, posting privately online. You may not resell, redistribute commercially, or claim authorship of the underlying musical composition.
Your Content
By submitting personal stories and details, you confirm that you have the right to share this information and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. We treat all submitted content with complete confidentiality.
Limitation of Liability
YourForeverMelody’s liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
